Stone Chalet & Spa

The building has 3 floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 persons. It has two entrances, one of which is direct from the garage.

• The living area is a large open space that consists of a lounge area with a fireplace, dining area and kitchen. These spaces overlook, through large windows, the front garden, which boasts a unique view of the village and of the mountains;
• The sleeping area is divided between the first floor and the basement. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a sun balcony, a second double bedroom with single beds that can be pushed together and a complete bathroom; in the basement, there is the third double bedroom and a second bathroom.

The Chalet is completed by:

• Bike Room, Ski Room and Changing Room;
• Private garage with 2 parking spaces;
• An entire reserved Wellness Zone.

The Stone Chalet & Spa is located right at the beginning of the Teola Zone. Its location, quiet and surrounded by nature, enjoys a privileged view and a strategic connection to the major points of interest of Livigno.

At the Al Mond Vei restaurant, you will find yourself in the “World of the Past” both in the atmosphere, reconstructed from the recovery of Livigno's ancient elements, and in the flavours, inspired by the local and mountain environment. Inside you will also find their homemade ice cream shop with fresh mountain milk.

Kosmo Taste the Mountain represents the ethics of sustainable cuisine through an innovative menu, a Mixology Bar and Fine Dining experiences in the intimate La Téa lounge. You can enjoy the “pure” mountain cuisine in front of a breathtaking view of Livigno.
