The reservation can be considered as valid:

• once you have received our confirmation e-mail 
• after you’ve paid the deposit
  
  

How do I pay the deposit?

By bank transfer and to speed up procedures, always send copy of the payment via e-mail.

Always write:

• name and surname of the person who’s booking
• name of the chalet or apartment
• check-in date
